peanutlucky2 Hi to everyone who answered me. To freeclothes. I never said anything about a business. I cant take care of myself less start a business. Thank you for all your comments though. Your in my prayers also. I keep calling my lawyers about ssd,only to get I havent heard. We filled an appeal in March. Just a waiting game.

I would help but, also in need,with it comes to money!I can only let you know that you are not alone.Myself I suffered from neck,arm and leg pain for 8 yrs.And about 2 or 3 months ago,most of my pain left.I have a few problems with my foot,but other than that,I am so much better.I really can't believe it.I'm even off my pain meds.8 yrs.ago I was told by my doctor,that I was in bad shape and it wouldn't get better.With No surgery too,I really didn't ask for healing of myself,I have just prayed for others.Maybe God just gave me a break,I don't really know! But I am very thankful and Feel Blessed.Don't ever let Medical reports tell you that you are finished.Doctors are Great and all,but they don't know everything.Just hold on,and take things day by day.I promise it will get better.Keep love in your heart,and don't get bitter.You will be in my prayers.

Hi, I can relate to your situation. I also have degenerative disk disease along with a host of other medical problems. I know how frustrating it can be being in pain 24/7. I am fortunate to have Medicaid and disability, but I went through exactly what you did with no way to pay for medical expenses. For a time I went to a local clinic until my disability went through. I would advise you to call your local trustees office and tell them your situation and ask if they can recommend a clinic in your area. I lost everything, too. I know it seems that there is nothing else to lose. I went and am still going through extreme debt. There are bills I still cannot pay other than the ones to keep the household going. I have a few credit card bills, but I want you to know that if you get disability, legally a creditor cannot harass you for payments, and they are unable to try and garnish anything from you. It is against the law. Don't take their crap just hang up the phone. I wish I could help you somehow, but at best all I can offer you is saying you are not alone, Ive been right where you are, and you just have to hold onto hope even if that is all that you have. Keep checking with social security on the status of your claim, at least you'll have peace of mind that things are moving along with that. I'm curious why you cannot get Medicaid? Have you tried getting food stamps? If I may be honest, I would back off trying to start up a business and just concentrate of taking care of you, physically that is. To me trying to start up a business in your situation will just add to the stress you already have. If you get your disability claim approved, you can always go back to that. You're not alone!

Hi/ Myname is Denise. I have same problems. Got hurt at work and Im on compensation for 4 years which pays nothing. Filled for SSD four years ago.Have been denied 3 times. In appeils right now. You work all your life thinking the help is there when you need it. Wronge. You have to keep fighting. Our goverment does nothing for the disabled. Im on the verge of loosing everything we worked for. I call and they say its a waiting game. Bill collecters dont wait. I hope some way we both catch a break.
